Well I’ve spent the majority of the day working on the forum, and finally I have my answer. For some reason the forum didn’t like that I was using a table in the menu, and some how the use of this table, resulted in the Admin Panel (which the menu doesn’t appear in) to not work.

If anyone can explain this I would be only happy to learn how a table, in one file, can effect the functionality of another file, when they never even interact. It is a mind boggler.

Anywho the forum has now been fixed, and the new theme is working! Which means you are free once again to make all the posts you desire!
