Hey there everyone, I hope you all had a great Geek Pride Day and/or Towel day yesterday! What? State of Origin? No, nobody actually cares about that.

There’s a pretty new Inbetweenees strip for you all to enjoy this week with cuteness and funnies.

Now hopefully starting next week as it’s been very busy this week, I’ll be doing some frontpage features and promoting of a few bands that I believe have amazing talent, both local to me and abroad. They’re folks who I’m more than happy to promote and shout out to everyone else to give them a listen, including the Aussie hip-hop band Scripted Dialects, and fantastic indie rock bands from Canada, Trial By Wire and Cocktail Hostages. Each week I’ll post a review along with some background info on the bands, followed by links to the band’s sites, Facebook pages and Myspace sites.
